  • Orders placed and paid for before 4:00 PM PST on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or US holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Any items with specific processing times (e.g., “pre-order,” “made-to-order”) will have the timeframe clearly stated on the product page.

3. Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)

  • Shipping Methods:​ We primarily use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Shipping Costs:​ Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, your delivery address, and the weight of your order.

  • Free Shipping:​ We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. Please check our website for any active promotions.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:​ Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by the carrier.

  • Availability:​ We currently do not offer​ international shipping outside the United States. We can only ship to addresses within the 50 US states and US territories.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping Responsibilities

  • Shipping Costs for Returns/Exchanges:

    • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at +1 (434) 677-6155. We will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement.

    • For returns or exchanges due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The cost to ship the new or exchanged item will be covered by us.

  • Process:​ Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange before sending any items back.

6. Risk of Loss & Order Tracking

All items purchased from commonwealthgoods.store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier​ (e.g., USPS, UPS). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey.

7. Prohibited Items

We comply with carrier regulations and US laws. Customers are responsible for ensuring the items they order comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service for orders that violate these policies.
